Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for moving stock, freight or other materials as directed by the Manager. Additional general labor may also be assigned by the Manager on-site. Working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30

PM Responsibilities:

Operating a forklift to load and unload trucks and move material within the warehouse and the yard. Review shipments and advise management of shortages or damages shipments. Attach identifying tags to arriving shipments or mark them with identifying information. Receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs. Sort cargo before loading and unloading. Maintaining warehouse area in a neat and organized manner. Compliance with OSHA regulations and safety requirements pertaining to this position.

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds regularly Attention to detail Maintaining positive demeanor and demonstrating a cooperative, team-oriented attitude Motivated and displaying initiative in the workplace Proven display of responsibility, dependability, and reliability Ability to work outside regularly in an environment that may or may not be air conditioned/heated seasonally Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
