Job Description
Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate We are looking for an additional Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate to work under our Shipping & Receiving Manager and support the day-to-day operation of our warehouse. Responsibilities Assist with daily shipping and receiving Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities Help prepare, organize, and stage outgoing shipments Maintain accurate inventory records Enter and look up inventory using a basic computer or tablet Label, scan, count, and organize merchandise Help maintain organized warehouse and pallet locations Assist with picking and packing orders Communicate shortages, discrepancies, or damaged goods to the manager Help keep the shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas clean and organized Follow the direction and priorities established by the Shipping & Receiving Manager Assist with other warehouse responsibilities as needed Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish required Comfortable using a basic computer and tablet Able to learn and use an inventory management system Organized and detail-oriented Able to accurately count and track merchandise Dependable and able to work as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Able to lift and move cartons and merchandise as required We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, cooperative, and willing to learn and grow with the company. This person will work directly under our Shipping & Receiving Manager and help us build a stronger, more organized warehouse operation as our business continues to expand.
