Transform the everyday with us The Electrification & Automation (E&A) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing in our Future Grids portfolio to create the power distribution grid of the future. We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our Protection and Automation Panel Assembly Workshop (PA PAWS) team on 1st shift in Wendell, NC.

7:30AM- 4:00

Basic Qualifications:

1+ years of experience with shipping or receiving responsibilities in a Manufacturing environment. 1+ years of experience with SAP system Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking. Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to lift parts or sub-assemblies that weigh up to 50 lbs. occasionally Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED 3+ years' experience in shipping/receiving management Proficient with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook Technical training in area of responsibility Proficient with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook Technical training in area of responsibility Must have the ability to work independently with little guidance Must be able to perform job duties safely with a sense of urgency Must have great attention to detail while working to a deadline Must have a positive attitude, work well with others, and implement constructive criticism. You'll make an impact by: Responsible for managing logistics operations, including ground, air, and sea shipments, ensuring timely departures, clear communication with customers, and resolving complex export issues and claims. Create shipping documents such as BOL's, Packing Lists, and others using SAP, maintaining accuracy and database integrity. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly reports to optimize shipment volume, profitability, and overall operational efficiency. Perform job duties using the 6's methodology, driving continuous improvements in the area and maintaining a strong sense of urgency. Work independently with little guidance; maintain strong attention to detail under deadlines; uphold all safety rules and developed processes. Demonstrate a positive attitude, collaborate effectively, accept and implement constructive criticism, and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
