Job Summary The Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow, organization, and accuracy of materials supporting all company divisions, including grain, building, and electrical. This role ensures materials are properly received, stored, tracked, and delivered to support efficient jobsite execution. This position plays a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse system while also supporting yard maintenance, equipment organization, and facility upkeep.
Duties / Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks for incoming and outgoing materials Pull, stage, and prepare materials for jobsite delivery Accurately track and record all inventory movement Maintain organized warehouse systems and material storage Conduct routine inventory counts and reconciliations Operate warehouse equipment and yard machinery safely Maintain yard and facility grounds (mowing, gravel upkeep, snow removal) Ensure organization and cleanliness of equipment, pickups, and trailers Deliver urgent or missing materials to jobsites as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills / Abilities Strong organizational and inventory management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Results-driven with a strong work ethic Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Effective communication and team support mindset Ability to operate material handling equipment Time management and prioritization skills Safety-focused with awareness of warehouse and yard risks Education / Experience High School Diploma or GED (required) Two-year degree or equivalent work experience (preferred) OSHA 10 Certification (preferred) Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations (preferred) Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (preferred) Must maintain a working smartphone for company applications and communication Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely operate equipment and tools Ability to comply with all PPE and safety requirements Our Benefits Package Includes Health, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance Coverage Health Savings Account PTO and Holiday Pay 401(k) with Company Match Company Clothing Allowance Short
