Responsibilities:
Follow company policies and ensure others follow policy. Follow posted schedules to arrive for work on time. Communicate unexpected absence at earliest opportunity. Verify that all equipment (solutions and machines) for each job are loaded onto the vehicle Follow tag-out procedure for faulty equipment and teach others to do the same Load and direct others to load and unload vehicles. Travel to job sites in company-provided vehicle. Refuel vehicles. Maintain safekeeping of client property keys during work hours. Ensure unique client security protocols are strictly adhered to. Follow safety guidelines and operating procedures for equipment and products. Provide on job training to technicians. Use online portals to record all job notes and pictures to ensure each job is completed to expectation. Stop any unsafe actions and report poor behavior to the Operations Manager Follow instruction of Crew Leaders, Operations Assistants, Operations Managers, and Clients. Maintain and train others to maintain cleanliness of equipment, vehicles and warehouse. Perform basic repairs of equipment and tools. Notify Operations Manager of low-supplies of equipment and products. Be accessible by phone and email for shift change notifications. Lead by example. WEEKLY orBI-WEEKLY
Attend team meetings.PERIODICALLY
Overnight travel to within the United States to assist other teams (consideration will be made to personal circumstances and performance) Overnight travel to participate in specialized group training events. Attend Performance Reviews with Operations Manager.Primary Performance Measurements:

2+ years supervisory experience. 2+ years janitorial experience or experience with specialist floor maintenance. Experience in cleaning and restoring floor coverings such as carpet, tile, vinyl is preferred. Must be eligible to work within the United States for any employer. A valid driver's license is preferred and clear to drive company vehicles. Must have reliable transportation to and from office during off shift hours. Basic computer skills to be able to access timecards, training and employment information. Work Environment is primarily indoors in commercial facilities during second and third shifts hours. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate in other situations. Physical demands include 1) walking 6- 8+ hours, 2) Standing 6
