In person Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient workflows. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required to communicate with teams in China. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, coach, and schedule warehouse employees. Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory movement, order fulfillment, and shipping. Assign workloads, monitor productivity, and ensure operational goals are met. Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies, damages, and workflow issues. Use WMS, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office/Excel to track warehouse activities. Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, transportation, and other teams. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes. Enforce OSHA and company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Communicate regularly with Mandarin-speaking teams in China regarding operational priorities and needs. Qualifications Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese . 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience. 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred. WMS and RF scanner experience preferred. Forklift certification or OSHA safety training is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
