Job Description
Company Overview Lecangs LLC, is a leading provider of comprehensive warehousing and logistics services. With 21 warehouses worldwide, including 15 in the U.S., we specialize in supporting over 1600 businesses with efficient storage and distribution solutions. Summary We are seeking experienced Warehouse Supervisor (Inbound/Outbound/Inventory) to oversee daily operations in our 3PL warehouse. The ideal candidate will lead inbound, outbound, or inventory management operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a warehouse team of 20-30 employees (specializing in inbound, outbound, or inventory operations).
- Supervise receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Ensure error-free data entry in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Strictly enforce safety protocols, OSHA standards, and equipment operation requirements (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Optimize workflows to meet KPIs (efficiency, accuracy, on-time shipment rates).
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (customer service teams, carriers, labor suppliers, etc.).
- Submit daily/weekly operational reports to management. Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse operations experience (3PL experience preferred).
- 1-2+ years of supervisory experience (familiar with inbound, outbound, or inventory management).
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Full-time Pay:
$70,000.00- $80,000.
