We are offering a unique business model that focuses on delivering exceptional dry cleaning services, and we are seeking an energetic and dynamic individual to join our team and help drive our company's growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and picking up dry cleaning orders at various locations while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism. As a Route Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for timely and dependable deliveries. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as a delivery route driver and possess a strong background in customer service. We are seeking outgoing individuals who excel at building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate should be highly disciplined, motivated, and have a sense of urgency to work independently. Please email your resume or a brief description of your past employment history. Candidates must have a clean driver's license and background. Duties Operate delivery vehicles (full size cargo vans) in a safe and efficient manner. Load and unload dry cleaning orders at various delivery sites, ensuring all items are handled with care. Navigate assigned routes effectively while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely preparation of shipments for delivery. High School diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of sales/customer service experience. Organization; time management Physically able to jump in and out of the delivery vehicle constantly Requirements Clean driver's license. Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial. Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is advantageous. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.
