Elizabeth, NJ Job Details Full-time $18 - $21 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Spanish English Order shipping Shipping and receiving inventory management Full Job Description Overview We are an electronics recycling company in Elizabeth, NJ, handling laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, phones, and other IT equipment. We are looking for a Receiving, Inventory & Fulfillment Lead to take ownership of the day-to-day flow of our warehouse — from receiving and processing incoming equipment to picking, packing, and shipping daily customer orders. This is a hands-on position. You will be responsible for making sure inventory is accurately received, tracked, organized, processed, and shipped. If you are highly organized, work well in a fast-paced environment, and naturally notice when something is out of place, this may be a good fit. Responsibilities Receive and document all incoming shipments
  • Verify quantities and condition of equipment
  • Scan and record device serial numbers accurately
  • Sort equipment into designated areas for processing
  • Test equipment using established software & procedures
  • Process hundreds of devices while maintaining accuracy
Warehouse Maintenance:
  • Keep inventory organized, labeled, and properly stored
  • Maintain clear warehouse locations so equipment can be quickly identified and located
  • Ensure equipment is never misplaced, unrecorded, or moved without proper tracking
  • Help improve warehouse organization and processing efficiency Fulfillment
  • Pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders accurately and on time
  • Verify models, quantities, serial numbers, and condition before shipment Preferred Experience Order picking, packing, and shipping Electronics testing or refurbishment Inventory management Barcode/serial number scanning Excel or Google Sheets Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience with Amazon, eBay, UPS/FedEx, 3PL, fulfillment centers, retail inventory, electronics, or similar high-volume operations is a plus.
Electronics experience is helpful but not required . We will train the right candidate in our testing and grading process. We're looking for someone who doesn't simply complete assigned tasks — you take ownership of keeping the entire warehouse organized and moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with the company.
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Approximately how many orders, units, packages, or devices did you handle per day? Have you worked with mixed inventory where different models/types of products had to be sorted, identified, and routed to different locations or processes? Imagine you receive a pallet containing 200 mixed laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, and phones. Walk us through how you would organize, sort, and process the equipment while making sure nothing is missed or lost.
