English and Spanish Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure seamless logistics processes. Duties Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate operations. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS). Oversee forklift operations and mechanical equipment to support heavy lifting, materials handling, and safe warehouse practices. Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor with leadership skills. (5-10 years) Air freight operation knowledge. Extensive knowledge of inventory management, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling techniques. Ability to operate forklifts safely. Coordinate warehouse employees schedule to cover all operation needs. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and process optimization. Strong communication skills for team management and coordination with logistics partners.

Pay:
