The Outbound Shipping Supervisor is responsible for leading daily outbound shipping operations to ensure timely, accurate, and service-driven order fulfillment across all distribution channels, including E-Commerce, Domestic, and International. This role partners cross-functionally to maintain operational excellence, meet service level commitments, and support a high-performing shipping team within a fast-paced distribution environment. Reports to the Senior Manager of Shipping Operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily release of outbound orders, ensuring alignment with requested ship dates, cancel dates, and established ship windows. Ensure all E-Commerce orders are executed in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitor workflow to maintain consistent throughput across Domestic and International shipping functions. Partner with Transportation on routing and execution of orders requiring special shipping services or carrier accommodations. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact on-time performance or customer satisfaction. Supervise and support the Shipping Coordinator and shipping team members. Provide day-to-day guidance, troubleshooting support, and operational direction. Address employee inquiries related to PTO, scheduling, and order processing. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented team environment. Collaborate with Distribution, Customer Service, Logistics, and E-Commerce teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Escalate operational risks and service concerns in a timely and solution-oriented manner to the Senior Manager of Shipping Operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service performance. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or shipping operations. Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Bachelor's degree preferred. Bilingual required. Working knowledge of Domestic and International shipping processes. Experience operating in SLA-driven and E-Commerce fulfillment environments. Knowledge of SAP a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical & Schedule Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Overtime required based on business needs. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Base salary is determined by individualized factors such as experience and market location.
