$70,000 - $75,000 per year

Full-time, in-person Overview We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Shipping Supervisor to support and oversee day-to-day outbound operations in our warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who has prior leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment and is ready to step into a larger role managing people and workflow on the floor. You will work closely with the Outbound Manager to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily outbound operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and loading Support the team on the floor to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time Help prioritize workflow and keep operations running smoothly throughout the day Communicate clearly with team members and escalate issues when needed Coordinate with other departments (customer service, inventory, etc.) as needed Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure proper documentation (BOLs, tracking, etc.) Train and support team members to improve efficiency and accuracy Enforce company policies and maintain a safe work environment What We're Looking For Prior experience leading or supervising a team in a warehouse or shipping environment required Strong understanding of shipping, fulfillment, and carrier processes (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.) Ability to manage people, stay organized, and keep operations moving in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and willingness to follow up and take initiative Comfortable using warehouse systems and basic Excel Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus Role Structure Reports directly to the Outbound Manager Focused on order fulfillment and daily outbound shipping operations Responsible for supporting and leading the team on the warehouse floor Growth Opportunity This role is a strong opportunity for someone looking to continue building their leadership career within warehouse operations.
