Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Warehouse Operations Coordinator Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an expert with a strong background in Warehousing Operations and systems to work on challenging and impactful projects. Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination:

Scheduling incoming/outgoing shipments, loading/unloading trucks, and verifying freight against purchase orders.

Inventory Control:

Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular inventory counts, labeling, and updating the database.

Operations Management:

Organizing warehouse space, ensuring efficient workflow, and conducting routine maintenance on equipment.

Staff Supervision:

Assigning tasks to warehouse personnel, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Documentation:

Documenting the current environment, preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and handling shipping/receiving documentation. Working with Extensiv (3PL Warehouse Manager) Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and provide expert guidance on technical solutions. Contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial design to go-live support.

Enforcing, strict OSHA, and company safety standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience:

3 5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, shipping, labeling, and inventory management.

Skills:

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Technology:

Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), MS Office Suite, and Excel.

Physical Ability:

Ability to stand/walk for long periods

Equipment:
