Position Overview:

This is where leadership meets logistics. You'll guide our dock operations, support and develop a hardworking warehouse crew, and make sure every product is received, staged, and shipped with care, keeping food safety, quality, and efficiency front and center.

Responsibilities:

Follow all GMP, Food Safety, and company safety procedures Supervise dock leads, forklift drivers, recoup staff, and expeditors Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of employees Implement and enforce operational procedures, systems, and SOPs Maintain a safe and organized work environment Develop schedules, assign work, and monitor productivity standards Communicate with internal departments and customers regarding shipments and operations Ensure efficient movement of products from receiving through shipping Inspect labels, barcodes, and completed orders for accuracy Track and report operational metrics and performance dat Document operational procedures and best practice

Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 10:00am -

Finish Requirements:

[High school diploma or GED required Previous supervisory experience required Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or dock leadership role Knowledge of material handling equipment and warehouse operations Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) High attention to detail and customer service Ability to work a flexible schedule Reliable and dependable attendance Any Questions Contact Our Swedesboro Office at 856 467 3600 #BASIC1
