Basic Duties Include:
Cleaning several women and men's bathrooms Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to speak English Familiar with driving a sit-down forklift. Familiar with driving a Tennant T-17 and T-16 scrubber. Clean tasks in a 700,000 sq foot warehouse Clean 2 different breakrooms Keeping warehouse aisles free of tape, broken pieces of pallets. Emptying and re-bagging trashcans inside and outside of the facility. Be able to climb stairs to access 2nd and 3rd levels for trash bags, and other cleaning tasks such as oil clean up from conveyor motors. Be responsive to minor accidents, spills, and messes Cardboard disposal Overall knowledge of housekeeping responsibilities Vacuuming, window cleaning, and keeping high profile areas clean, such as the front entrance.
Distribution Center Floor Lead Location:
Westampton, NJ Hours:
3:30pm - 12:00am
Salary:
$23.85 - $28 depending on experience
Basic Duties Include:
Leads, motivates, and directs up to 25 associates in completing defined tasks and achieving established goals Engage partner departments and associates in problem-solving activities to assure service outcomes meet expectations Identify, communicate, and resolve obstacles and exceptions with appropriate operational partners and site leadership Cross train and effectively be able to operate in other departments and responsibilities based on business requirements along with other duties as assigned. Oversee the day-to-day operations of logistics, including development of associates. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Perform observations and complete coaching/reporting to Supervisor.
Required Skills:
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to support workload requirements. Functional subject matter expert for WM, WCS, Beumer, Pyramid, YMS. Leadership functional skills Safety knowledge and OHSA policies.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a DC environment Minimum of 1 year of experience with WMS, HighJump preferred Expert understanding of RF processes with strong ability to train new and existing associates Advanced PC skills; including Excel, Word, Access and Outlook Ability to pass onboarding screenings Interested?
