Know Your Team:
Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque's Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), bariatric, and orthopedic service lines. Responsibilities The Supply Chain Coordinator assists the Supply Chain Director in maintaining the operations of the warehouse, storeroom, and facility supply chain department by acting as the coordinator/primary point of contact during their assigned shift. Provides oversight of daily operations and activities, while performing individual warehouse and storeroom responsibilities. Adhering to the policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. 3+ years of related experience, of which one (1) year must have been in a supervisory capacity. Valid driver's license.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel). Experience leading a team. Experience with the use of heavy equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, dock equipment, etc. Ability to drive department-owned vehicles, including but not limited to a box truck. Able to analyze and interpret data. Effective interpersonal skills. Ability to act independently. Demonstrates initiative, dependability, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to review information and take action.
