We are growing and seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring efficient material handling, inventory accuracy, and support of production and project timelines. Position Summary The Warehouse Supervisor oversees warehouse staff and operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, and distributed efficiently and safely. This role works closely with procurement, production, and project management teams to maintain smooth workflow and accurate inventory control. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and material distribution Lead, train, and develop warehouse personnel; manage scheduling and performance Ensure accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and audits Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials Oversee shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and inspections Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse conditions Monitor and report on key performance metrics (inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, etc.) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain) Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of materials up to 50 pounds Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times in designated areas What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.) Opportunities for advancement within a stable and growing company Safety-focused, team-oriented work environment
