Warehouse Lead

Company Overview Masson Farms of New Mexico is dedicated to building successful relationships with customers, employees, and vendors through exceptional service, quality products, teamwork, and integrity. Seeking a Warehouse Lead that will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving and loading while supervising team members to meet productivity goals. They ensure inventory accuracy, enforce safety protocols, train new staff, and resolve operational issues. This role acts as a vital bridge between warehouse workers and management, often operating forklifts or warehouse management systems. Must pass background check Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen Must be over 18 years old

Key Responsibilities Operations Oversight:

Directs daily activities, shipping, and receiving to ensure orders are completed on time.

Team Leadership:

Supervises, trains, and motivates warehouse staff to maintian high productivity and accuracy.

Inventory Management:

Conduct cycle counts, reconciles inventory, and manages stock levels.

Safety Compliance:

enforces safety regulations (OSHA), conducts safety checks, PPE standards and guidelines. Material Handling Standards, and Racking Security/Inspections. Maintain a clean, organize work environment.

Equipment Management:

Operates and oversees the maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)

Required Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or as a team lead/supervisor.

Skills:

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Proficiency:

Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift heavy items and spend long hours on the floor.
