Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to support our warehouse and logistics operations. You will be a key player in ensuring smooth inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the efficiency of our supply chain. This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a collaborative warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping:

Pick, pack, and ship outbound transfer and sales orders for components, serialized tools, and accessories using ERP and WMS systems Support the shipping team with labeling, order verification, quality checks, and inventory movement Communicate with operations and inventory teams to resolve shipping issues Assist with KPI reporting and outbound transaction tracking Provide backup support for shipping as needed

Receiving:

Receive inbound deliveries for components, serialized tools, and accessories Verify received goods, report discrepancies, and document shipments in ERP Support put-away and organization of inbound inventory Assist with inventory reconciliation and kit completion Provide backup support for shipping as needed

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations ERP experience required; Business Central is a plus Forklift operation experience required Comfortable using computers and software tools (Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods Willingness to assist with training and mentoring junior team members Take pride in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly—apply today and become a key member of our logistics team!
