We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to help keep our warehouse running efficiently. If you have shipping and receiving experience, forklift skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to join a stable company with room to grow. What You'll Do Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer and transfer orders Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries Update inventory using ERP/WMS systems Resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies Organize inventory and maintain an orderly warehouse Assist with inventory counts, kitting, and other warehouse operations Cross-train to support multiple warehouse functions What We're Looking For 1-3 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience ERP experience required (Business Central is a plus) Forklift experience required Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Team player with excellent communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift Requirements Must successfully pass a background check (required by the client) Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be available to work the full Monday-Friday schedule Ready to take the next step in your warehouse career?
