We are looking for someone who can take ownership of operations, enforce standards, drive accountability, and build a warehouse that runs efficiently every single day. This is a leadership role for someone who notices problems before they happen, holds people accountable, moves fast, and takes pride in running a clean, organized, high-performing operation. You will oversee a team of 4 warehouse employees and be directly responsible for making sure work is getting done at all times. No standing around. No babysitting. No excuses. Compensation $60,000 to $90,000 per year Compensation will be based on experience, leadership ability, and operational performance Opportunity for long-term growth within the company Your ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Accountability Oversee daily operations of a 4-person warehouse team Ensure employees stay productive and on task throughout the day Create a culture of urgency, accountability, and high standards Delegate tasks effectively and follow through to completion Hold employees accountable for performance, organization, cleanliness, and safety Scheduling, Delegation & Workflow Management Plan and assign daily and weekly workloads across the warehouse team Delegate responsibilities clearly so every team member knows their role and priorities Ensure coverage across receiving, picking, packing, inventory, and organization Adjust staffing and priorities based on incoming shipments, order volume, and deadlines Hold team members accountable for completing assigned responsibilities Warehouse Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse daily Ensure inventory is counted, organized, and proactively managed Prevent inventory issues before they become problems Oversee unloading of containers and incoming shipments Ensure products are stored properly and efficiently Improve warehouse systems and operational workflows over time Shipping & Order Accuracy Oversee outbound shipments to ensure orders are going out correctly Catch mistakes before shipments leave the warehouse Verify correct products, quantities, and configurations are being shipped Reduce shipping errors, missing items, and wrong pulls Ensure warehouse processes are followed consistently and accurately ERP & Barcode System Implementation We are currently implementing a new ERP system and upgrading our warehouse processes. You will play a major role in: Overseeing the warehouse side of the ERP implementation Managing rollout of barcode scanning systems Ensuring all products are properly barcoded and organized Ensuring barcode scanners are being used correctly by employees Verifying products are scanned correctly during picking and shipping Helping create systems that reduce mistakes and improve efficiency Ensuring serialized inventory is tracked correctly and consistently This role requires someone comfortable with technology, process improvement, and building operational structure. Safety & Equipment Management Ensure warehouse remains OSHA compliant and safe at all times Oversee forklift inspections, maintenance, charging, repairs, and operation Keep all forklifts and warehouse equipment operational and problem-free Identify maintenance issues before they create downtime Returns (RMA) Oversight & Delegation Assign responsibility for processing returns (RMA) to designated team members Ensure returned products are inspected, tested, and properly categorized Oversee restocking of sellable items and flagging of damaged or defective products Ensure returns are processed quickly and accurately to maintain inventory integrity Build and enforce a clear returns process that the team follows consistently Asset Liquidation & Equipment Sales We have manufacturing and warehouse equipment that must be sold before October.
Your responsibilities will include:
Taking photos and creating listings on online marketplaces Managing Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, eBay, and similar platforms Taking inbound calls from buyers Coordinating pickups and negotiations Ensuring all equipment is sold in a timely manner Warehouse Relocation Project We will be moving into a new warehouse between late October and February 2027. You will play a major leadership role in: Planning the warehouse move Organizing inventory and equipment transfers Coordinating logistics and timelines Ensuring nothing is lost, damaged, or disorganized Setting up the new warehouse correctly from day one Product Knowledge & Customer Support Learn our scale products inside and out (training provided) Develop a deep understanding of product functionality, common issues, and solutions Over time, assist with inbound customer support calls Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers to solutions Act as a bridge between warehouse operations and customer experience We don't expect you to know everything on day one—but we do expect you to take ownership of learning quickly and becoming the go-to person for product knowledge over time. What We Are Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills Extremely organized and detail-oriented Self-starter who takes ownership without being micromanaged Comfortable holding employees accountable Warehouse management experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Mechanically inclined is a plus Experience with ERP systems, inventory systems, or barcoding is a major plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What Success Looks Like Warehouse stays clean, organized, and efficient Employees stay productive and accountable Inventory problems are minimized Shipping mistakes are caught before orders leave Forklifts and equipment stay operational Barcode systems and ERP processes are functioning correctly Equipment gets sold before deadlines Warehouse move happens smoothly with minimal disruption This Is NOT the Job for
