Check out our parent company's website: http://pattern.com/ \n \n $20.25 - $20.25 an hour Job Information The Warehouse Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting a team of Warehouse Associates, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position oversees task execution, provides on-the-job training, and serves as a key communication link between the team and warehouse management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assign and delegate daily tasks to warehouse staff, monitoring progress to ensure all receiving, picking, and shipping goals are met. Provide direct, hands-on training and mentorship to new and existing team members on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Act as the primary point of contact for the team, addressing questions, resolving immediate issues, and escalating complex problems to the Warehouse Supervisor. Operate a variety of material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to assist with a wide range of warehouse tasks. Conduct regular quality checks on packed orders and inventory to maintain accuracy and prevent shipping errors. Promote and enforce all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure and productive work environment. Qualifications A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Proven experience operating warehouse equipment; a current forklift certification is highly preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide and motivate a team. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory scanning technology.
