In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing shipping and receiving activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining seamless logistics flow. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with strong team management skills and a passion for logistics excellence. Schedule Sunday - Wednesday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm plus Overtime Responsibilities Supervise daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities within the warehouse or distribution center. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing clear direction and managerial communication to ensure high performance. Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and scanners to facilitate safe and efficient movement of goods. Maintain accurate inventory management through the use of warehouse and inventory management systems, ensuring data integrity. Enforce safety protocols aligned with OSHA regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members involved in warehouse operations. Requirements Prior warehouse supervisor or team leadership experience. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Skilled in operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and scanners; forklift certification is preferred. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, heavy lifting techniques, and materials handling best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments.
