This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of inventory management?from purchasing and receiving to storage and distribution?while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and facility integrity. The Warehouse Director plays a critical role in supporting sales volume, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading a team of warehouse professionals. Job Responsibilities ? Lead and manage all warehouse functions including purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and distribution of products and equipment across stadium concessions, restaurants, and suites. ? Ensure safe, efficient, and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, including specialized handling for chilled or fragile items. ? Maintain tight inventory controls and oversee accurate physical inventories, including pre-kitting processes. ? Optimize warehouse layout and product flow to meet operational needs and special requirements. ? Monitor and meet efficiency targets using computerized systems and automated storage/retrieval technologies. ? Ensure product availability aligns with sales volume and mix by managing par levels and coordinating timely deliveries to all stadium areas. ? Supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. ? Enforce vendor and purchasing compliance standards and support forecasting and planning efforts. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support event-based operations and ensure seamless execution. Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required. ? 3?5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a high-volume, event-driven environment such as stadiums or sports venues. ? Strong background in inventory management and control. ? Experience with P&L accountability and/or contract-managed services. ? Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer service. ? Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules. ? Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory software.
