We're looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our production team. In this role, you'll ensure our crews have the right materials, equipment, and inventory they need to successfully complete projects that improve homeowners' lives every day. Position Summary The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse while maintaining accurate inventory, preparing materials for installation crews, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized facility. This position plays a critical role in supporting our field teams and directly contributes to delivering an exceptional homeowner experience. What You'll DoInventory Management Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory, equipment, and waterproofing materials Monitor inventory levels and proactively reorder stock to prevent shortages Conduct routine inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Manage damaged, defective, and returned materials Ensure tools and equipment are properly tracked and accounted for Warehouse Operations & Order Fulfillment Prepare and stage materials, tools, and equipment for daily installation schedules Coordinate material distribution based on project timelines and crew needs Verify all job materials are complete before crews depart each morning Maintain organized storage systems for efficient retrieval Label, document, and track outgoing inventory Logistics & Fleet Support Coordinate deliveries and pickups with vendors and suppliers Assist in scheduling transportation of materials between warehouse and job sites Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and delivery documentation Support project managers and production leadership with material planning Help ensure company vehicles are stocked with required materials when necessary Warehouse Organization & Safety Maintain a clean, professional, and highly organized warehouse Ensure all tools and equipment are stored properly Perform routine inspections of equipment and storage areas Follow OSHA regulations and Healthy Basement Systems safety standards Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and organization Team Collaboration Partner closely with Project Managers, Production Leadership, and Installation Crews Anticipate upcoming project material needs Communicate inventory shortages or logistical concerns proactively Support a collaborative, team-first culture focused on operational excellence What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to become certified) Valid driver's license preferred Why Join Healthy Basement Systems?
