The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of Warehouse Associates to ensure efficient receiving, processing, storing, and shipping of inventory according to purchase orders and company policies. This role ensures that shipping schedules are met with accuracy and attention to detail, supporting timely delivery. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the following:

• Supervise, train, and support Warehouse Associates to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Serve as acting Warehouse Manager when needed with onboarding and training of new hires.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to Warehouse Associates as appropriate.
• Organize stock, maintain accurate inventory levels, and optimize warehouse space.
• Receive, unload, and properly place incoming inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages; ensure outgoing shipments meet quality standards.
• Examine and process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with purchase orders.
• Check, verify, and accurately fulfill customer invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and hygiene standards.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehouse procedures and operational efficiency.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to delegate tasks, motivate a team, and lead by example.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, loading, and standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Pay :
