$70,000- $75,000 per year (Based on Experience)

Full-Time | Flexibility Required Join Our Team! We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cooler Manager to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced food distribution warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to manage warehouse personnel while maintaining productivity, sanitation, and safety standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively support business needs across multiple departments.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise daily operations of the Cooler Department, Shipping/Receiving teams, and warehouse support staff.
- Lead, motivate, and develop employees while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Assign duties, manage schedules, coordinate break periods, and support workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, sanitation standards, warehouse policies, and operational expectations.
- Monitor productivity, quality standards, and department performance to meet business goals.
- Investigate customer concerns, discrepancies, and operational issues while ensuring timely resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse leadership to maintain workflow efficiency and operational excellence.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional communication across all levels of staff.
- Support business operations as needed and assist other departments when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience, preferably within food distribution, cold storage, wholesale, or logistics environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills required.
- Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to lead a diverse workforce.
- High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and WMS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while working in a fast-paced distribution center environment with varying temperatures.
Important Requirement:
Flexibility is key for this role. Candidates must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as business needs require, including schedule adjustments to support warehouse operations.What We Offer:
