Monday-Friday | Overnight | Home Daily Position Overview Dedicated Logistics Partner (DLP) is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Lead / Cover Driver to support our overnight operations. This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse responsibilities with route coverage. The ideal candidate is flexible, safety-focused, and willing to step in wherever needed to ensure our operation runs efficiently. This is not a dock-only position. In addition to leading warehouse operations, you will drive dedicated delivery routes when coverage is needed. Managers will provide advance notice whenever route coverage is required. What You'll Do Lead and assist with overnight warehouse operations. Sort and organize freight efficiently and safely. Operate a forklift (certification and experience preferred). Complete dispatch-related administrative tasks, including: Responding to emails Printing and preparing route paperwork Completing daily reports Cover dedicated delivery routes as needed. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while supporting operational needs. Schedule Monday through Friday Overnight shifts Typical start time: 8:00 PM Start time may vary when covering a scheduled delivery route. Home daily Weekends off Additional Pay Earn an additional $50 for every day you cover a delivery route.
