• 10:00 PM We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Lead to join a fast-paced shipping team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and has experience leading teams in warehouse, retail, food service, or other fast-moving operations. This role is ideal for a leader who is not afraid to jump in, help the team, and keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Lead and support warehouse staff during daily operations Keep workflow organized and ensure productivity goals are met Assist with loading trailers safely and efficiently Verify product counts, scanning accuracy, and shipment quality Train team members on proper procedures and safe lifting techniques Monitor attendance, breaks, and team performance Enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean work environment Communicate with supervisors regarding operations and team updates Assist with heavy lifting and hands-on warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Prior leadership experience in a warehouse, retail, food service, or fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and stay organized Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented attitude Willingness to be hands-on and support the team wherever needed Strong attention to detail and workplace safety

Schedule Monday-Thursday:

11:00 AM

• 8:00 PM Must be available for 2nd shift: 2:00 PM
