Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Implement best practices for materials handling and inventory management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments to optimize delivery schedules Oversee heavy lifting operations while ensuring proper safety protocols are followed. Requirements Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within the distribution industry. Strong knowledge of warehouse management practices and logistics operations. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for understanding product handling requirements. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job. #
