Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating inventory, managing shipments, and supporting warehouse staff to maintain productivity and accuracy. Responsibilities Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping goods Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks Schedule and track incoming and outgoing shipments Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams regarding deliveries and inventory Monitor warehouse organization and ensure a clean, safe working environment Assist with training and supervising warehouse staff when needed Resolve discrepancies in shipments and inventory records Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, or WMS) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Good communication and problem-solving skills Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
