THE OPPORTUNITY
Overview:
Harvey Performance Company is seeking a Post-Production Lead who will oversee all activities in Post-Production and Shipping to ensure quality and productivity standards are consistently met. This role provides expert guidance and direction to team members, ensuring an efficient, smooth workflow and supporting lean, safe manufacturing practices. A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork is essential in this role, as it plays a critical part in maintaining a streamlined, high-performing environment.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Efficiently process production orders to minimize delays and work-in-progress status, managing expedited shipments to ensure on-time delivery Oversee all aspects of order accuracy, including generating customer-specific labels and ensuring labeling and etching standards are met; resolve labeling issues in coordination with the Process Engineer Prepare and verify shipping documentation for both domestic and international orders, using shipping software to ensure compliance Maintain accurate inventory and order records through regular Warehouse Management (WM) maintenance and ERP system updates Lead, train, and support team members in all Post-Production and Shipping processes, maintaining high standards in fulfillment operations
YOU'LL BRING
High school diploma or GED Ability to read and interpret information on production orders, shipping documents, work instructions, or computer screens Experience with Microsoft Excel (1 year) Experience in supply chain (1 year) Experience with SAP/ERP systems (1 year) Supervisor or team lead experience (1 year)
