Distribution Center Outbound Supervisor

We are currently looking for a professional, motivated Distribution Center Outbound Supervisor to support our continued growth! The hours for this position are 1 pm to 9:30 pm Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday ( 10 am to 3 pm). Hours are subject to move earlier or later about an hour depending on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve operational goals and metrics related to lines per hour, accuracy, cartons per order, overtime, safety, cleanliness, on-time shipping
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards
• Manage and coordinate LTL shipments Work shipping exceptions reports daily.
• Have forklift and order selector experience
• Conduct daily communication kick-off meetings with the team
• Interview, hire and train new warehouse personnel when needed
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to all outbound staff
• Identify and communicate improvement opportunities
• Manage and adjust work schedules as necessary based on the needs and expectations of our customer Qualified candidates can multi-task with a sense of urgency.

Excellent communication skills are a must for this role. Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution center with RF technology is a plus!
