Pay Rate:
$27.00 plus 10% shift differential!
Hours:
Sunday-Thursday 2:15PM to 11PM 🎉 This position is eligible for a $3,000 Bonus! $1,500 at 3 Months! $1,500 at 6 Months!
POSITION SUMMARY
The Shipping & Receiving Lead, under the direction of the Distribution Supervisor, will be responsible for guiding and supporting Loaders and for the safe, accurate and damage-free loading of outbound customer orders and transfers. The incumbent must/will possess considerable skills, knowledge and experience related to leading others in shipping and receiving within a large, 24/7 manufacturing environment. The incumbent will display a commitment to Core Values.

  • Oversees loading and warehouse activity
  • Communicates priorities to and direct/monitor activities of Shipping & Receiving Loaders to ensure that department objectives are met
  • Provides training and other measures to ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed
  • Operates forklift to safely load outbound shipments of TimberTech product
  • Maintains paperwork for all loads
  • Verifies that outbound shipments are damage-free and match packing list exactly
  • Maintains clean and orderly conditions in warehouse and loading areas using workplace organization methods (i.e. 6S)
  • Generates shipment paperwork using computer based applications
  • Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required Advanced education and/or related certification(s), a plus
Experience:
One to three years in a similar position
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills to include:
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Other Requirements:
