Job Description

As a Conveyor Supervisor at Abercrombie & Fitch, you will oversee daily conveyor and material handling operations within our distribution environment supporting global retail and e commerce. You will lead a small team of associates, assign workflow, and monitor throughput to ensure timely, accurate movement of product to stores and customers. You'll coordinate with maintenance and IT to resolve conveyor issues, uphold safety and quality standards, and track KPIs. Responsibilities Supervise daily conveyor and material handling operations to support retail and e commerce fulfillment Lead, schedule, and coach conveyor team members to meet productivity and quality targets Monitor workflow, throughput, and system performance; adjust staffing and priorities as needed Coordinate with maintenance and IT to troubleshoot and resolve conveyor and system issues Enforce safety procedures, conduct inspections, and promote a safe working environment Track and report KPIs related to accuracy, uptime, and productivity Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization Collaborate with distribution, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure on-time order processing Train new associates on conveyor operation, safety, and standard operating procedures Document incidents, downtime, and process changes in line with company policies Required Skills Conveyor and material handling system operations Warehouse management systems (WMS) Basic mechanical troubleshooting Data entry and KPI tracking Workforce scheduling and labor planning Safety and OSHA compliance knowledge Process improvement and workflow optimization Inventory handling and order fulfillment processes Team leadership and training Incident and downtime documentation
