Job Description

Position Overview A Shipping/Receiving Coordinator manages the flow of inbound and outbound shipments, oversees inventory accuracy, and ensures smooth coordination between warehouse operations, carriers, and production teams. Shipping
  • Prepare and package outgoing orders according to company and carrier guidelines.
  • Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and all required documentation.
  • Schedule pickups with carriers and ensure orders depart on time.
  • Verify accuracy of shipped items, quantities, and packaging. Receiving
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
  • Verify packing lists and purchase orders against delivered items.
  • Properly label, document, and store incoming materials.
  • Communicate discrepancies or damaged materials to purchasing or supervisors. Inventory & Documentation
  • Update inventory systems with received and shipped goods.
  • Track stock movements and assist with cycle counts or full inventory counts.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of shipments, receipts, and adjustments. General Warehouse Support
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely (if certified).
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with company safety standards.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff, purchasing, and production teams to meet workflow needs. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight portals) is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills, including email and inventory systems.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred. Key Competencies

Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
