This working leadership role oversees receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, and directly supervises warehouse associates to keep our fast-paced fulfillment operation running safely, accurately, and on schedule. What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to meet productivity, accuracy, and shipping deadlines
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse associates on procedures, safety standards, and equipment operation
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures
• Monitor inventory accuracy, lead cycle counts, and support physical inventory audits
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues, escalating to the Warehouse Manager as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe distribution center
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Track team performance metrics and provide feedback to warehouse leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce errors What You'll Need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
• Prior supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience preferred
• Forklift certification, or willingness to obtain certification
• Basic computer skills, including WMS, inventory systems, or spreadsheets
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices Skills That Set You Up for Success
