Terrapin Ridge Farms a developer and marketer of Specialty Foods is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Floor Team Leader to join our distribution center team and help us with our growth. This role is essential in ensuring that large LTL orders, retail gift sets, and individual packages are processed accurately, packaged correctly, and shipped efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and check Large LTL orders during the picking process to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensure gift sets are assembled properly, including correct product placement, jar alignment, and straight UPC labeling in gift boxes. Monitor packaging standards for FedEx / UPS shipments, ensuring packages are secure and ready for transit. Actively review and check orders for accuracy and completeness. Work with internal systems to release orders from hold and keep workflows moving. Answer team questions and provide guidance and support to floor staff. Jump in to pick and pack orders as needed—this is a hands-on leadership role. Maintain momentum to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner. Act as a self-starter , taking initiative without constant oversight. Collaborate effectively with team members of diverse personalities and roles. Ensure that offline projects (e.g., rework, repack, special sets) are running smoothly, correctly, and on schedule. Oversee inventory management using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and platforms to ensure accuracy and accountability.
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 3 yrs Supervisory experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment Clear communication skills and team-first mindset Ability to stay focused and adaptable in dynamic workflows Experience with order management or warehouse systems is a plus Proficient in

From $20.00 per hour
