Shipping Coordinator - 1st Shift

HOURS:

Monday•Friday, 7:00am•3:00pm. Mandated overtime based on business need.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities Loads outbound shipments for customer delivery Inspect outbound shipment for damage, verify quantities, and address any discrepancies Must possess a keen sense of attention to detail Must be familiar with proper packaging methods and reference United Alloy's Master Document system for formal instructions Ability to operate a forklift, overhead cranes, tape measure, calipers, and hand tools Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds with an assist Must be able to read and write job numbers Possess effective written and verbal communication skills Work in collaboration with receiving and material handling Adheres to maintaining finished good inventory control and accuracy Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations Must perform all duties in conjunction with UAI and ISO requirements Other duties as assigned
