Job Description

Fleet Maintenance Coordinator - Entry-Level all R friends is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator . This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, is eager to learn, and wants to make a meaningful difference in their community. As part of a rewarding organization that provides services and support to adults with developmental disabilities, you will play an important role in ensuring our fleet is safe, reliable, and ready to help individuals access meaningful daily activities. In this role, you will help maintain our fleet of vehicles by coordinating repairs with local service shops, scheduling maintenance appointments, tracking vehicle needs, and assisting with light mechanical work. This position involves working outdoors. No extensive mechanical experience is required—we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repair appointments Communicate with repair shops and track service schedules Perform basic vehicle inspections and light maintenance tasks Assist with keeping maintenance records organized and up to date Help ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and ready for daily use Support the transportation needs of our programs Basic Repairs include: Oil and oil filter changes Checking and topping off fluids (coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, transmission fluid) Replacing windshield wipers Replacing air filters Replacing light bulbs (headlights, brake lights, turn signals) Battery testing and replacement Performing basic vehicle inspections
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and good driving record Basic knowledge of vehicles is preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn new skills and work independently Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented High school diploma/GED Pass background and drug screening Woring hours from 8 am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday Starting Pay $20/HR- non-exempt
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
