Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving operations. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity goals while maintaining high safety standards. Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste. Operate and oversee the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods. Maintain accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and inventory management systems like AS400 or Warehouse Management System (WMS), Katana, Shopify Coordinate with logistics partners and 3PL providers to ensure timely shipping and delivery schedules. Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies to create a secure working environment for all team members. Skills Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations. Proficiency with inventory management systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office tools. Skilled in process improvement methodologies such as lean management to enhance operational efficiency. Strong team management abilities with excellent managerial communication skills. Ability to operate heavy material handling equipment safely, including forklifts and other material handling tools. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, materials handling, and e-commerce fulfillment processes. Familiarity with OSHA standards, warehouse safety protocols, and OSHA compliance requirements.
