The right person will be comfortable with both technology and physical work. You'll need to learn and consistently use the company's evolving software systems while also being willing to jump on a forklift or skid steer, load materials, organize the yard, and help wherever needed. A previous lead or leadership background would be especially valuable. They're looking for someone who wants to be part of that—not simply someone who wants to clock in, manage inventory, and go home. The right person will care about the success of the company, embrace change, contribute ideas, and take pride in building an operation that works better tomorrow than it does today. If you're a hands-on inventory professional who enjoys creating order, improving processes, operating equipment, and taking ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
