Distribution Operations Manager Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or Business Administration is preferred Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse, LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight, logistics environment or manufacturing related. Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for data tracking). Forklift certification and the ability to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as stand-up/sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jack A solid understanding of OSHA standards and safe freight-handling practices Strong critical thinking under pressure to resolve delayed shipments and manage fast-paced, time-sensitive dock environments. Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and repport to upper management (English/Spanish)
Desired Skills and Experience:
