Job Description

This position will be open for application for at least 3 calendar days from the posting date. This position will remain open for application based on business need, which may be before or after the 3-day posting window. Job Description Position Overview Candidates will be responsible for the safe and timely execution of warehouse activities to include the loading and off-loading of deliveries. They will track the receipt of in-bound and issuance of out-bound inventory items. Candidates will work with site employees and vendors to order parts, schedule services and ensure adequate levels of inventory are always maintained. They will process purchase requests and monitor the progress of requested parts and services. Candidates will also assist with coordinating office activities such as invoicing, accruals, records control, and other administrative activities as needed. Candidates will strictly adhere to all safety and environmental rules and regulations to protect employees and public safety. Responsibilities Competently maintain warehouse inventory by monitoring min/max levels. Receive inventory and track via the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Perform quarterly inventory checks utilizing CMMS inventory list. Coordinate the inspection of site equipment (tools, vehicles and facility related items). Operate hoisting and lifting devices, such as chain hoists, forklifts, and pallet jacks. Interact with vendors to ensure the timely shipping and receiving of purchased parts. Perform general housekeeping and continuous improvement to optimize warehouse organization. Work with plant management on financial reporting (accrual and invoice reporting). Fully support the use of the facility's computerized maintenance management system by recording and updating inventory and purchase orders entered via the site CMMS. Attend on and off-site training as required. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Qualified to operate warehouse style forklift or all terrain style telehandler. Proficient with Microsoft Office software. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to work overtime as required. Ability to climb ladders and stairs Lift objects (up to 50 pounds). Wear necessary personal protective equipment (Safety toe boots, hard hat, eye protection). Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications Experience with administrative processes (purchase request creation, invoicing, accruals). Experience with warehousing operations (inventory management, shipping & receiving). Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Base Pay $20.00 - $30.00

0% - 10% The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
