Job Description
We're a growing e-commerce company with a warehouse in Pennsylvania, looking for a reliable, motivated team member to join our warehouse team. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership position over time. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day warehouse operations Ensure accuracy, efficiency and consistency across warehouse workflows Assist with computer-based tasks and tracking Support and guide other team members when needed Follow established procedures while contributing to continuous improvement as processes evolve Qualifications & Experience Prior warehouse experience required Previous experience leading or supervising team members Good computer skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Energetic, professional, and team-oriented Motivated to grow with the company Able to follow direction while taking initiative Compensation Based on experience This role is a great fit if you want steady daytime hours and an early start to your weekend by wrapping up early on Fridays. Our hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 AM-1:00 PM.
