3p-11:30p (Tues-Sat) We're looking for hands‑on Lead Warehouse Associates to support daily operations, coordinate workflow, and help keep our warehouse running safely and efficiently. Leads spend about 85% of the time on the floor supporting employees, inventory, and dock activities. What You'll Do Support safety, quality, production, and efficiency targets Perform floor audits, monitor metrics, and escalate issues as needed Communicate effectively with oncoming shifts and other departments Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, trailers, and documentation Resolve shipment issues with vendors and internal teams Manage inventory, cycle counts, space utilization, and FIFO Train staff on SAP and serve as a systems subject matter expert Participate in lean and continuous improvement activities What You Need 1+ year warehouse/material handling experience High school diploma or GED Leadership ability and strong communication skills Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to obtain/maintain a PIT license Basic math and inventory software experience Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree Prior lead experience SAP knowledge Manufacturing or high‑volume warehouse background
