Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Now Hiring a Production & Fulfillment Coordinator! The team is growing! We are searching for a detail-oriented, hands-on, and highly organized individual to join our production team as a Production & Fulfillment Coordinator. This role supports the daily flow of production by managing incoming materials, inventory movement, shipping, fulfillment, and warehouse organization for our award-winning architectural lighting products. architectural lighting products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a production environment, staying organized, solving problems, and helping materials move smoothly from receiving through final shipment. This is not a desk-only shipping role. The Production & Fulfillment Coordinator will work directly with the production team to support receiving, inventory control, Kanban systems, material staging, palletizing, loading/unloading, and outbound fulfillment. Enjoy a steady schedule, Monday through Friday, in a comfortable working environment with air conditioning and heating at our Boothwyn facility. Roles & Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against purchase orders
  • Inspect, label, organize, and store incoming inventory
  • Manage inventory locations physically in the facility and digitally in FishBowl
  • Track internal inventory movement from receiving to testing, bin locations, production staging, and final stock locations
  • Support inventory cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate inventory labeling and barcoding for components, reels, and stock locations
  • Support the production team by staging materials needed for Lightly and
LIGHTGLASS
production
  • Manage Kanban systems for production supplies, shipping materials, and warehouse necessities
  • Monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels for key production and shipping materials
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, palletizing, wrapping, strapping, labeling, and staging
  • Create and manage shipping documents, including freight paperwork and bills of lading
  • Coordinate with UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and other logistics partners
  • Track incoming and outgoing shipments and follow up on delays or shipping issues
  • Support the Orders team with freight quotes and shipment updates
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Support receiving and inspection of glass and other critical production materials
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production support area
  • Perform forklift checks and support forklift preventative maintenance
  • Help create and track KPIs for shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment performance
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and customer commitments
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, teamwork environment
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work hands-on in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
  • Prior shipping, receiving, inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
  • Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, shipping portals, and basic spreadsheets
  • Experience with FishBowl, ERP systems, or inventory management software preferred
  • Ability to read purchase orders, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipment paperwork
  • Ability to safely lift, move, stage, and organize materials
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow up on open issues
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand tools
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a larger production team
  • Adhere to written Standard Operating Procedures
