Warehouse Coordinator FinishWorks is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our operations in New Holland, PA. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory, and keeping shipments moving on schedule. What You'll Do Load and unload freight safely and accurately Pick, pack, and ship orders within required timeframes Receive and process incoming materials, ensuring same-day system entry Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and daily replenishment Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Assist with back-order tracking and order status updates Support general warehouse operations and cross-train in other areas as needed Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to improve efficiency What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control preferred Forklift experience preferred (training and certification available) Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Basic math and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Regularly lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs with proper equipment Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Why Join FinishWorks?
