Job Description

About REV Copack REV Copack is a beverage co-packing and fulfillment partner built for speed. From our 124,000-square-foot facility in Pittston, PA, we handle secondary packaging, variety-pack assembly, kitting, and fulfillment for some of the fastest-growing brands in the beverage aisle - running up to 500,000 cases a month. Brands come to us to launch in club stores, scale wholesale, and move fast on Amazon. We're a startup, and we move like one. Things change fast, priorities shift, and the people who thrive here are the ones who take ownership, figure it out without a playbook, and would rather build the process than wait for one. If you do your best work in fast-moving environments and want a real hand in shaping what we become, we'd like to meet you. Shipping & Receiving Coordinator As our Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you're the pulse of everything moving in and out of our Pittston facility. You'll manage inbound deliveries and outbound shipments, verify that what's on the truck matches what's on the paperwork, keep inventory accurate, and coordinate with carriers, the warehouse floor, and our production teams to keep product flowing on schedule. It's a role for someone who's organized, detail-driven, and calm under pressure — the kind of person who takes pride in a clean dock, an accurate count, and a shipment that goes out on time, every time.
Responsibilities:
Receiving inbound goods and preparing outgoing shipments for dispatch. Tracking and updating the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. Organizing inventory for easy retrieval and maintaining accurate inventory records. Performing regular inventory cycle counts. Inspecting received goods for damage and monitoring the quality of warehouse items. Communicating with drivers, suppliers, logistics technicians, and customer service representatives. Preparing documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders. Stocking receivables and ensuring proper product rotation. Maintaining a clean and orderly work area. Performing other duties as assigned. Working overtime as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
Requirements Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5+ years of related shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-driven, with the ability to collaborate closely with forklift drivers and the warehouse team on daily tasks. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience with WMS and ERP systems. Forklift certification, or willingness to become certified. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods. Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, and reaching. Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. regularly. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage with company-paid premium share 401(k) with company match Profit sharing eligibility after 90 days Annual performance bonus Paid time off plus paid holidays Life and disability insurance
Compensation:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. REV Copack is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
