Job Description

Job Description Summary Drives the overall process of Service & Repair from receipt to completion (ship or scrap). Coordinating the workflow of service probes from receipt to completion using Oracle, eDHR, Excel, Smartsheet and multiple CRM systems. Job Description Key Responsibilities Update/maintain appropriate spreadsheets Create and process service cases in Oracle Create and process service cases in eDHR Receive and process service cases in appropriate CRM Create rough drafts of RMA and Repair reports Cleaning and packaging of service probes Data entry and other general clerical duties Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned Job Requirements High school Diploma or local equivalent/GED Minimum 1 year Manufacturing or clerical experience Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak in local language (English) Ability to communicate well and work with others Ability to interface with global service regions in a professional business manner on the phone and through e-mail Strong computer skills #LI-SAM1 #
